Kogame Lab（以下「当方」）は、iOS向けアプリケーション「いいとこ」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
本アプリで入力したデータ（写真、メモ、場所など）は、すべてお客様のスマートフォン端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者や第三者があなたのデータを収集・閲覧することは一切ありません。 (※天気予報を取得する機能のみ、位置情報を専用サービスへ送信します)
すべて端末内に保存: スポット名、メモ、タグ、写真、位置情報、ユーザー名など、すべてのデータはご利用の端末にのみ保存されます。
外部サーバーへの送信なし: 共有機能を使う場合でもデータは端末内で完結し、当方や第三者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
※iCloudバックアップについて: 端末でiCloudバックアップを有効にしている場合、OSの標準機能としてデータがバックアップされます。これはApple社の仕様によるものです。
位置情報は、以下の目的でのみ使用します。
マップ表示と記録: 現在地の表示や、スポットに位置情報を紐付けるために使用します（端末内でのみ処理されます）。
天気予報の取得 (外部送信): 天気予報を取得するため、「緯度・経度」のみを外部サービス（Open-Meteo）へ送信します。氏名など、その他の個人情報は一切送信しません。
地名の取得: 都道府県や国名の取得（逆ジオコーディング）には、Appleの標準機能（CLGeocoder）を使用しており、Apple社のポリシーに基づき処理されます。
カメラ機能: 他の端末から共有されたQRコードの読み取りにのみ使用します。映像が画像として保存されたり、外部へ送信されたりすることはありません。
写真ライブラリ: スポットの画像選択と、写真に含まれる情報（位置情報・撮影日時）の読み取りに使用します。写真そのものやデータが外部へ送信されることは一切ありません。
第三者への提供: 第2項の天気予報取得を除き、当方はお客様のデータを一切収集していないため、第三者へデータを提供・開示することはございません。
分析・広告・トラッキング: アクセス解析ツール、広告、トラッキング（追跡）目的の外部プログラムは一切組み込んでおりません。
データの書き出し: 機種変更などのために、データをJSON形式で書き出し・読み込みする機能があります。書き出したファイルの管理はお客様ご自身で行ってください。
データの削除: アプリ内の「設定」から、いつでも全データを削除できます。また、アプリをアンインストールすると、保存されていたデータも完全に消去されます。
変更について: 将来的な機能追加等でデータの取り扱いに変更が生じる場合は本ポリシーを更新し、重要な変更はアプリ内等でお知らせします。

Kogame Lab ("Developer", "we", or "us") establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in the iOS application "Iitoko" ("App").
All data you enter into the App (photos, notes, locations, etc.) is stored exclusively on your device. It is technically impossible for the Developer or any third party to collect or view your data. (Note: The only exception is sending your coordinates to an external service to fetch weather forecasts.)
On-Device Only: All entered data (spot names, notes, tags, photos, location data, display names) is stored locally on your device.
No Server Transmission: Even when using sharing features, your data remains entirely on-device. We never transmit your data to our servers or any third-party servers.
iCloud Backup: If iCloud Backup is enabled on your device, the App's data may be backed up as a standard iOS feature governed by Apple.
Location data is used strictly for the following purposes:
Mapping & Tagging: To show your current position on the map and attach locations to your spots (processed only on your device).
Weather Forecasts (External Transmission): The App sends only latitude and longitude to an external service (Open-Meteo) to get weather forecasts. No other personal data is sent.
Reverse Geocoding: Translating coordinates into prefecture/country names uses Apple’s native CLGeocoder framework, governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
Camera Usage: The camera is requested solely to scan QR codes shared from other devices. Video feeds are never saved or transmitted; processing happens entirely in real-time on your device.
Photo Library: Access is required to let you choose photos and to read EXIF metadata (location and capture time). Neither the photos nor the metadata ever leave your device.
No Third-Party Provision: Aside from the weather forecast request mentioned in Section 2, we do not collect or retain any data. Therefore, we cannot and do not share your data with third parties.
No Analytics or Ads: The App does not integrate any third-party analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking software.
Data Export: You can export and import your data in JSON format to transfer it between devices. You are responsible for safely managing your exported files.
Data Deletion: You can delete all stored data at any time via the App’s Settings. Furthermore, uninstalling the App permanently deletes all saved data.
Changes to this Policy: If future updates change how data is handled, we will update this Policy. Significant changes will be announced appropriately within the App.
