Kogame Lab（以下「開発者」または「当方」）は、iOS向けアプリケーション「クラスパレット / Class Palette」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。
本アプリの最大の特徴は、「利用者のデータを一切外部に送信・収集しない」点にあります。すべての記録はお客様の端末内にのみ保存され、開発者を含む外部のサーバー等へ送信されることはありません。
本アプリにおいて入力されたすべてのデータ（クラス名、名簿、時間割、当番、提出記録、設定情報など）は、ご利用の端末内のブラウザストレージ（localStorage）にのみ保存されます。 これらのデータが開発者や第三者のサーバーへ送信されることは一切ありません。当方が利用者の入力内容や利用状況を収集・把握することは技術的な仕組み上不可能です。
※お使いの端末でiCloudバックアップを有効にしている場合、本アプリのデータはOSの標準機能としてバックアップの対象となることがあります。これはApple社の仕様によるものであり、本アプリが独自にデータを外部へ送信しているものではありません。
名簿への氏名の入力は任意です。「名前を使う」設定をオフにすることで、氏名を入力せずに出席番号等の数字のみで運用することも可能です。 また、本アプリから印刷・共有できるQRコードには、システム上の識別番号（例: CK1:12）のみが記録され、氏名等の個人を特定できる情報は一切含まれません。氏名を入力してご利用いただいた場合でも、データは前述の通り端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。
本アプリは、提出物チェックにおけるQRコードのスキャン機能においてのみ、端末のカメラへのアクセスを求めます。 カメラから取得した映像は、その場でのQRコード読み取り処理にのみ使用されます。画像や映像として端末に保存されたり、外部へ送信されたりすることは一切なく、読み取り処理はすべて端末内で完結します。
本アプリには、誤操作や第三者による閲覧を防ぐための簡易的な4桁のPINロック機能が備わっています。 PINコード自体は安全のためにハッシュ化されて保存されますが、名簿等のアプリ内データそのものを高度に暗号化するものではありません。データは平文で端末内に保存されるため、第三者による端末への物理的なアクセスを完全に防ぐものではないことをご理解のうえご利用ください。
当方は、利用者のデータを一切収集・保持していないため、第三者に対してユーザーの個人情報や入力データを提供・開示することはございません。
本アプリには、アクセス解析ツール、広告配信SDK、トラッキング目的のSDK等の外部モジュールは一切組み込んでおりません。
本アプリは、教員・指導者が業務のために使用することを目的としたツールであり、児童・生徒自身が操作することを想定したものではありません。
本アプリには、端末間のデータ移行を目的として、データをJSONファイル形式で書き出し・読み込みする機能があります。書き出したファイルの管理につきましては、利用者ご自身の責任において行っていただきますようお願いいたします。 なお、本アプリを端末からアンインストールすると、端末内に保存されていたすべてのデータも完全に削除されます。
将来的な機能追加（アプリ内課金など）に伴い、データの取り扱いに変更が生じる場合は、本ポリシーを更新し、更新日を改訂いたします。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内等の適切な方法で告知いたします。

Kogame Lab ("Developer", "we", or "us") establishes this Privacy Policy ("Policy") regarding the handling of user information in the iOS application "Class Palette" ("App").
The core feature of this App is that we do not transmit or collect any user data externally. All records are saved solely on your local device and are never sent to external servers, including those of the Developer.
All data entered in this App (class names, rosters, schedules, duties, submission records, settings, etc.) is stored exclusively in the device's browser storage (localStorage). These data are never transmitted to the Developer's or any third party's servers. Due to our technical architecture, it is impossible for us to collect or access your input data or usage history.
Note: If you have enabled iCloud Backup on your device, the App's data may be included in the backup as a standard OS feature. This is based on Apple's system specifications, and the App does not independently transmit data to the cloud.
Entering student names in the roster is entirely optional. By turning off the "Use Names" setting, you can manage the class using only identification numbers (e.g., Student 1, Student 2) without entering any names. Furthermore, the QR codes that can be printed or shared from the App contain only system identification numbers (e.g., CK1:12) and do not contain any personally identifiable information, such as names. Even if you choose to enter names, the data is stored locally on your device as described above and is never transmitted externally.
The App requests access to your device's camera solely for scanning QR codes during submission checks. The camera feed is used exclusively for the real-time processing of QR codes. No images or videos are saved to your device or transmitted externally. All scanning processes are completed entirely on your device.
The App includes a simple 4-digit PIN lock feature to prevent accidental operations or unauthorized viewing. While the PIN code itself is hashed for security, this feature does not encrypt the App data (such as the roster). The data is stored in plain text on the device. Please understand that this feature is not designed to completely protect data against physical access to your device by third parties.
Because we do not collect or retain any user data, we cannot and do not provide or disclose any personal information or entered data to third parties.
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking SDKs.
The App is a tool designed for teachers and educators to use for their professional duties. It is not intended to be operated by children or students themselves.
The App features a function to export and import data in JSON format for the purpose of transferring data between devices. You are entirely responsible for managing the exported files. Please note that if you uninstall the App from your device, all data saved within the App will be permanently deleted.
If changes to data handling occur due to future feature additions (such as in-app purchases), we will update this Policy and revise the 'Last Updated' date. We will notify users appropriately, such as within the App, if significant changes are made.

本应用的最大特点是“绝不向外部发送或收集任何用户数据”。所有记录仅保存在您的设备本地，绝不会发送到包括开发者在内的任何外部服务器。
在本应用中输入的所有数据（班级名称、花名册、时间表、值日生、提交记录、设置信息等）均仅保存在您设备的浏览器存储（localStorage）中。这些数据绝不会发送到开发者或任何第三方的服务器。由于我们的技术架构限制，我们根本无法收集或获取您的输入内容或使用情况。
注：如果您在设备上启用了iCloud云备份，作为操作系统的标准功能，本应用的数据可能会包含在备份中。这是基于Apple系统的规范，本应用并未独立将数据发送到云端。
在花名册中输入学生姓名是完全自愿的。通过关闭“使用姓名”设置，您可以仅使用序号（如：1号、2号等）进行管理，而无需输入任何姓名。 此外，可从本应用打印或分享的二维码仅记录系统识别码（例如：CK1:12），不包含姓名等任何可识别个人身份的信息。即使您输入了姓名，该数据也如前所述仅保存在设备本地，绝不会向外部发送。
本应用仅在扫描二维码以检查作业提交情况时，才会请求访问设备的摄像头。 从摄像头获取的画面仅用于实时的二维码读取处理。图像或视频绝不会保存在设备上，也不会向外部发送。所有的读取处理均在设备本地完成。
本应用具备简单的4位PIN码锁定功能，以防止误操作或被他人窥视。 虽然为了安全起见，PIN码本身会经过哈希处理后保存，但该功能并不会对花名册等应用内数据本身进行高级加密。数据将以明文形式保存在设备内，请理解此功能并不能完全防止第三方对设备进行物理访问而导致的数据泄露。
由于我们不收集或保留任何用户数据，因此我们不会也无法向任何第三方提供或披露用户的个人信息及输入的数据。
本应用未集成任何访问分析工具、广告分发SDK或用于追踪目的的SDK等外部模块。
本应用是专为教师和教育工作者处理日常工作而设计的工具，并不打算由儿童或学生本人操作。
本应用提供以JSON格式导出和导入数据的功能，以便于在设备之间迁移数据。对于导出文件的管理，请用户自行承担责任。 请注意，如果您从设备上卸载本应用，保存在设备内的所有应用数据也将被彻底删除。
如果由于未来功能的增加（如应用内购买等）导致数据处理方式发生改变，我们将更新本政策并修改“最后更新日期”。如有重大变更，我们将通过应用内通知等适当方式告知用户。
